Davina Thorp Managing Director Davina founded Blackboard Recruitment in January 2001. She had worked as a secondary chemistry teacher and also previously in recruitment. Having been at a number of different schools as supply teacher she felt that she could use her knowledge along with motivation and energy to provide a very good service to schools and teachers.
Jo Marson Recruitment Consultant Development of the company led to the appointment of Jo in December 2003. Jo had previously worked with children for a number of years and has a good understanding of the requirements of teachers and schools. She now deals with all aspects of the recruitment business and has built up a fund of knowledge in the last four years.
